Students participating in this class get to partake in both a group piano lesson and learn 2 choreographed dances to perform together during their last session of class. Students will be introduced and learn foundational music theory alongside learning how to read a sheet of music like true musicians. This course is designed to allow students to get lost in the music- creatively in the arts. This course is best suited for kids of 5+ years old. Course meets for 45 minutes on Tuesdays.

Kiddos enrolled in this class will dive into the awesome world of technology, they will have a chance to dive into the world of coding, as well as dibble dabble with some awesome other technologies, including robots. This course is suggested for students ages 4 – 6 and meets on Thursdays for 45 minutes.

This class meets for 50 minutes of hands-on online instruction. Students will partake in both a mini-lesson and fun experimentation with Ms. Witty the Scientist. Students will learn and experiment with items from all 4 fields of STEM- science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. This course is best designed for students K - 3.

Registration for this course includes a kit for all 6 weeks of experiments that the students will partake in. Kits will be available for pick up between June 1st - June 5th at our center.

Additional kits are available for additional students in the family to participate in this class partake in for $20. This course is exempt from our one student per online course rule.

STEM Explorations (Online ONLY):

Class meets for 50 - 60 minutes once a week on Saturdays. Clinic sessions are limited up to 3 students per grade level session. A one-time course material fee is required for participation in this clinic.

Students will all participate in a group guided reading activity and will each have a one-on-one 10-minute guided reading session with a reading coach. Students will each receive individualized assignments to complete at home throughout the week based off their observed performance and weekly assessments in each session.

Literacy Clinics:

Beast Academy Math Bootcamps are based off the Beast Academy curriculum created by The Art of Problem Solving. Placement tests & materials are required PRIOR to enrollment for these courses.

These curriculums serve as a perfect remedial course for students that might’ve missed a couple topic areas during the academic year and need to review and master specific areas. It is also a great program for students that need more of an academic challenge throughout the school year. Beast Academy incorporates the use of logic puzzles, a graphic novel, and most importantly MONSTERS to make math fun for grades 2- 5. Class meets for 45 - 50 minutes per week.

Additional cost for course materials: $30/set (4 sets for one whole year) + $10 math/logic puzzle book. Sets available for purchase through Only With Love Books
